After we wash it off we allow the deck dry overnight before we do any more steps.

Have you noticed that water no longer beads up on your deck? Now that your deck is spotless, we can apply a sealant after the wood is completely dry. We wait till it has thoroughly dried so the sealant penetrates deep for good protection.

How Often Do I Need to Seal My Outdoor Structures?
